About our Community Association
What We Do
The Spring Meadows Community Association (SMCA) is a volunteer-led homeowners’ association that works on behalf of all neighborhood residents to maintain our shared spaces, encourage community engagement, and support neighborhood standards.
Our responsibilities include:
Maintaining Common Areas
We oversee upkeep of the neighborhood pond, nature trail, and open green spaces to ensure they’re safe, beautiful, and welcoming for all.
Organizing Events & Communication
From community-wide events to important updates, we help foster connection and keep everyone in the loop.
Overseeing HOA Dues & Policies
We manage the association’s budget and ensure that annual dues are used responsibly for the benefit of the entire community.
Promoting Neighborhood Harmony
We serve as a resource for residents, encouraging positive relationships and helping to resolve issues fairly and respectfully.
